Shipping Policy

Shipping is  free for all orders. We prepare goods for delivery during 1-2 business days. We ship orders from our warehouse in Ukraine. All deliveries are fully covered by insurance for loss and damage.

 

International delivery outside of Ukraine:

SITELLE delivers orders to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA.

It usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver an order to your address by an international postal service. Timing of delivery might be affected by a customs clearance process in your country.

VAT and an import duty may apply on goods delivered from Ukraine to your country. If applicable, it is charged by customs office in your country. Such VAT and import duty are not refundable.

We use postal services of Nova Poshta for deliveries in Ukraine.
