Shipping is free for all orders.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Ukraine.

All prices do not include VAT and an import duty, which may apply in a country of destination on orders outside of Ukraine. Such import duty and VAT, if any, are not refundable.

It usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver an order to your address by a postal service.

14 Days to Return

You have 14 days after you receive shoes to return your purchase for any reason.

The goods must be in the original condition to return. Please try on the shoes on a carpeted surface to keep them new.

We charge Euro 20 flat fee on all returns outside of Ukraine. You can send goods back to our warehouse in USA, Italy or Ukraine.
